Paula Panarra has been working at Microsoft for eight years. She started as the Marketing Lead, having responsibility on business market, consumer and digital.
After three years as Marketing Lead she then followed as head of Marketing & Operations, having in her hands all operational activity, business development as well as the marketing investments. After that, she took the role of Public-Sector Lead, driving Digital Transformation in government entities and public administration.
Paula Panarra has a degree in Chemistry Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico and has more than 20 years of experience as a business leader. Before joining Microsoft, Paula Panarra worked for more than 15 years for multinational Procter & Gamble. She was responsible – first – for financial management, then she was Head of Operational Communication and Marketing.
She is, since December 2016, the General Manager for Microsoft Portugal supporting customers with Microsoft mission to “empower every person and organization in the world to achieve more”.
Sylvia Lin | MD | Sanofi-Pasteur
Sylvia Lin is the General Manager for Sanofi Pasteur Portugal where she is responsible for leading the commercial operations for the vaccines business.
Sylvia has more than 10 years working in the life sciences industry. She joined Sanofi Mexico in 2010 to lead the Business Development and Strategy team for Sanofi Mexico where she was responsible for the areas of BD, Strategy, Business Support and Launches across the pharma, generics and CHC business units. She then joined the Latin America regional team in 2014 to lead the Business Development, Strategy, and Launch Team for Generics. And, in 2015, she moved to Sanofi Pasteur where she responsible for Commercial and Business Planning for Latin America.
Prior to joining Sanofi, Sylvia worked in the Global Strategy & Innovation team for Pfizer based in New York, and has also worked in the Virology Franchise for Johnson & Johnson in the corporate affairs team. Prior to entering into the life sciences industry, Sylvia was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. based in Houston, TX.
Sylvia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Human Biology from Stanford University and a Master in Public Health from Columbia University.
François-Xavier Mahot | CEO | Heineken
Francois-Xavier begun his career in HEINEKEN Group in 1999 as a Brewery Director in the Republic of Congo and subsequently held General Manager roles in Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and headed up the Global Innovation Function.
The past 3 years prior to Poland Francois-Xavier held a position of Managing Director of Sociedad Central de Cervejas, Portugal. During his assignment he and his team delivered a remarkable turnaround of our business in Portugal becoming the leading wholesaler in the country, strengthening our brand portfolio in Premium and Variety with Bohemia and setting up the Hoppy House Brewing Company as our craft beer incubator. Furthermore he spearheaded our digital transformation in the Horeca channel building a commercial partnership with the leading ePOS player. Under his leadership SCC became a very significant contributor to the organic growth of the Europe region.
Francois-Xavier Mahot graduated in Economics at the University of Reims and MBA at Brest Business School. He also participated in courses of INSEAD, Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Francois-Xavier (49) was born in France. He is married, and a father of two daughters.

Nicole Eifler - Partner da Consulting House
With over a decade of experience, Nicole develops and implements Leadership, Sales and Technical Academies, Assessment and Development Centres for Leadership roles and Effective Communication Programmes. She also implements other important Programmes such as Self-Leadership Accelerator®, Winning Women and RMP Team Motivation.
Nicole is an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and co-author of the book “Coaching: Ir mais longe cá dentro”, published by ICF Portugal, she contributed with the chapter “Coaching for women in leadership positions”.
Nicole provides motivational speeches to local and international companies and organizations in Portuguese, English and German, combining her passion for communicating with large groups and her ability to transmit inspirational ideas.
With a Diploma in Organizational Psychology by the University of Bonn, in Germany, Nicole is a member of the Portuguese Psychologists Association, a Master in Reiss Motivation Profile and C-IQ Enhanced Skills Practitioner.
